3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
We are not a consumer reporting agency as that term is defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq. Nothing on this service, including material returned through a linked search tool, is a consumer report. It may not be used to assess eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Links to Outside Sites
Government portals and outside services, including sponsored search providers, maintain their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, availability, prices, or data practices.
5. No Warranties
The service is offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that information is accurate, complete, or current, or that an outside portal will remain available or return a correct result.

8. Intellectual Property
The service’s original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. You may link to a page or quote a brief attributed excerpt, but may not republish complete pages or systematically copy the content.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Continued use after that posting constitutes acceptance of the revision.
10. Cutting Off Access
We may restrict or block access, without notice and at our discretion, when a user violates these terms or misuses the service.
11. Governing Law
Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Texas Public Information Act, Government Code Chapter 552, including §552.115, governs access timing and exceptions for government records. The Election Code §13.004 protects specified voter-registration identifiers, and §18.009 restricts use of registration lists. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act guidance applies in the defined circumstances described by the Attorney General; those laws do not convert this private reference service into a government custodian.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
